Get Out of the Norm

Every day I wake up and hope it was just a nightmare.  I then turn on my Fox or check my blog pages and realize Obama really is President.  I still don’t know how it happend?  How did a man with little experience and no evidence of economic or foreign policy knowldge become our President?  After 6 months of Obama in office,  it has become intolerable.  His destruction of this country is obvious yet he is still rated high in popluar polls.  The media continues to parrot his talking points and refuses to ask the hard questions.  The latest tally for our debt is 63.8 trillion dollars and the inflation is coming!  In our history we have never incured this type of debt.  Why aren’t we all screaming from the roof tops?

I harp on this issue because we have lost America.  We have become a dysfucntional nation worse then my generation’s family dysfunction.  Instead of evoloving as a species, we have taken 5 steps backwards.  We are a group of spoiled citizens that believe we are entitled and care less about law and what is right.   With his latest nominee Sotomayor we have been bullied into submission.  White House Press Secretary Gibbs warned word usage in opposing Sotomayor.  Like the good little lemmings that they are,  the GOP has been muted.  

I don’t know if I am more disgusted by Obama and his cabinet or the seeming end of our Conservative/Republican party.  Not only did the left use every vile word possible toward President Bush for 8 years, the left would crucify any nominee we would choose.  Have they already forgotten what happend to Clarence Thomas?   Our whimpy tendency has become an eyesore!  This is the United States and we are allowed free speech.  Our party has a duty to fight when we disagree with the opposing views.  We are obligated to submit rigorous questions and serious analysis to any nominee for the Supreme Court.  Why are we bending in the wind for a party that is recreating America before our eyes?  We need group therapy and fast. 

Perhaps a book on play ground bullies would help our failing leaders?  Obama has proven he has little regard for our peril so fight back.  He is only concerned with his image and his agenda.  We continue to spiral into a narcissistic vat.   Our President has a serious personality disorder and we are feeding into it.  We need more then one lone voice to recover our dignity and way of life.  I am David and I will fight Goliath why won’t the leaders of our party?

Now that GM and Chrysler will be owned by Obama it is time for a boycott.  Just like we need to start buying only American made products, we need to do the same for our cars.  At this point, I can’t consider GM or Chrysler American.  This is because the America I live in,  our government could have never hijacked a car company.  Not only that, they are taking away PRIVATE owned businesses.   

I read a heart breaking letter on the American Thinker blog by a George C. Joseph.  He has been the sole owner of his dodge/Isuzi dealership since 1974.  He employs over 50 people and has been active in his community for decades.  He received a letter stating his business will be taken from him with no compensation on June 9th.   It will than be handed over to another dealer at no cost.  He rightfully asks how can this happen in America?

We should all be beyond outrage.  This is a very sad and scary day for our country.  I no longer look at President Obama as my President but the Godfather of the mafia.  His henchmen ready to act in any fashion to get the job done.  This is nothing more then an act of piracy done by are own government.  We must assume that many that voted for hope and change did not have this in mind!  We are called to action by denying any car sales once the government procures these lots.  As Paul Revere warned, The British are coming.  We must warn the people of something much more sinister; The Grim Reaper is alive and well in the destruction of America.  All eyes on President Obama.   

The boy scouts are on the band wagon,  no fats allowed.  My irratation really started when I read that Representative W.T. Mayhall, Jr and other Mississppi politicians wrote the bill HB 282.  This bill would prevent restaurants and other food establishments in Mississppi from serving food to obese people.   The state department of health would give the criteria and the food establishments would have to follow.  The Boy Scouts are in step with this insidious infringement.  They have created a criteria for volunteers going on adventerous outings such as hiking or white water rafting.  The volunteers can not be overweight.  The argument being they will not be within 30 minutes of a hospital!   Anyone can be in need of medical assistance not only the heavy set.  This is blatantly prejudice.  The idea that fat is the only criteria for poor health is incredolous.  Although the truly obese are in greater risk of poor health, there are many healthy considered over weight.  

The height weight table was created by the Met Life Insurance Company in the early 1940s.   Although it was never meant to be the definitive formula for height and weight, it became adopted as such.   It was updated in 1983 but recently it has been acknowldged  in NO way does one size fit all. 

I myself am no size 0 and have a large build.  I started questioning the conversation, or should I say the insanity, over the “war”, yes war, on fat.  The argument is always cloaked in concern for the obese and how anyone overweight is at greater risk for illness.  The truth is we just don’t like fat.  Although heavier men are included, women are most effected.  We have been brain washed into believing women are suppose to look like boys with the exception of a large chest and round rear.  We have been convinced that Hollywood women are what Americans want to see and be.  In actuality,  the average size of the American female is a 14.  This is a far cry from what we see on the movie screens and pictures in the tabloids.  Hollywood has been a true perpetrater of a female image that is untenable.  It is Hollywood that desires this image and only makes young girls and women feel rotten about themselves.

I have low blood pressure, low cholseterol, and work out 6 days a week so should my curves matter?  Why am I suppose to be concerned about my health risks? I have better stats then a lot of my skinner friends.  Why aren’t they being targeted?  This is not about health but a prejudice about bigger sizes.  If it were about health,  this bill HB282 and the Boy Scouts would have to dig much deeper.  Every single person would have to carry a form that included the following stats:  blood pressure, cholesterol levels, diabetic information, how much one smokes and imbibes in alcohol.  This would create a fair playing field.  I guess we must question, is this the kind of playing field we want?  My freedoms are being invaded and is this out cry really about health?  There is only one battle cry here and it wreaks!  Fat, the last allowed prejudice! 

Nancy it looks like you will be taking some of your own medicine.  Your indignation over President Bush’s administration for allocating water boarding seems to be getting you all wet.  It seems you were apprised by the House Intelligence committee less then a year after 9/11 of  interrogation techniques including water boarding.  As a matter of fact, you were one of the first few to be informed.   

You stole the old finger shake from your good ol pal Bill and told America you were never briefed on any water boarding tactics.   Unfortunately for you,  CIA director Leon Panetta disputes your denial.  It is also reported you encouraged the CIA to do more if needed.  If you considered this tortue, why would you encourage even harsher methods? 

We all know this was never about torture but the left’s insidious hatered for President Bush.  I believe it is this hatered that has maligned our country over the last 8 years not the former sitting President.  The left loves to waste time and resources on committees we have no need for.  How better to spend our time as our economy falls and our liberties are stolen then blister the former administration.   With leaders like you, how can we do anything but fail?

Not only do many of us Americans salute President Bush and his administration for keeping us safe, but we would like to demand recourse for having to listen to you badger and lye your way through office.
