According to Obama, lets not be so naive as to blame anyone else, Canadian borders need more security. I thought it was Mexico? His staff can’t call Islamic fascits terrorists but they can use that term towards Americans. If this were not so terrifying, it would be the greatest comedy written. Our government has become a big fat joke! Since Obama said what Tea Parties, does that mean I can say what President? Obama sir, your nose is growing!

When I was younger, my father told me never to join the army. This was because I was a rebel and my dad knew I did not do well with orders. As I have matured, I have become quite the Patriot. I love our military and am so thankful for their service. I used to look back to the Civil War of 1861 and was unable to understand how brothers took up arms against one another. Now in 2009, I understand it completely.
Although our artillery at this point is mostly words and 2 different thought systems, I consider America in a Civil War. I view the secularist movement as toxic as the bubonic plague. Mostly, because of its fascist tendencies and its need to suppress opposition. We have several examples of this just from the last 2 weeks. First Obama and the White House asked Georgetown University to cover up a monogram of Christ, the Tea Parties were mocked and misunderstood by the media, and the runner up for Miss USA has been ridiculed for being against gay marriage.
As a Christian and an American I am disgusted by the White House asking a Catholic University to cover an image of Christ. Most disturbing, they conceded. The gross distortion of the Tea Parties by the left media reveal they are no longer a news source but a recuiter for Obama and secularism. Like Miss USA, half of the American population does not sanction gay marriage. What we see here is a continous bully pulpit by the left that has gotten too big with pyschotic tendencies.
They do not subscribe to the tenants of The Constituion nor the idea of Free Speech. The only Free Speech they believe in is their distorted and hateful view of Americans that oppose their agenda. Any oppossition is dumbed down and we are told we are racists or homophobes. This not only shows their inability to discuss and argue facts but also shows they are the true bigots. I believe we are at a tipping point and must reclaim our great country. Malcontents only breed destruction and misery. They have besmirched this great country and encouraged large cracks in our foundation. We must sound the alarm and take our country back. I feel a great urgency to do something before our country is no longer visible.

I am a Catholic that left the church for 4 years. This was a hearfelt decision as I had conflict over dogma and situations going on in the church. After 4 years, I have recently started attending again. I minored in Religion in college and have spent most of my life in a serious quest for God. I believe in the Trinity and had a Re-born experience several years ago. I consider myself knowldgeable of many Christian religions. At this point, I would describe myself as Spiritual not religious. I don’t really fit into a Christian Religion category mostly because of my purist tendency. I introduce this asepct of myself because of the article I am about to write. I am concerned about what President Obama is doing to the Christian faith and do not understand it under the assumption that he is one.
President Obama has touted himself as a Christian. The more we heard about the church he attended for 20 years I started to question his spiritual beliefs. I would argue that the church he attended taught black liberation not Christianity. Some of the sound bites out of his church, which we all heard, left many Christians dismayed. Regardless of arguments among Christian churches over dogma all would agree the words out of Reverend Wright’s mouth had nothing to do with gospel.
Now we have several examples of President Obama disregarding Christianity. First he went to Turkey and professed we were not a Christian nation but a nation of citizens. I can only conclude that since his audience was mostly Muslim he was trying to pander to their faith. This last week he spoke at Georgetown University. The White House asked the school to cover a monogram that symbolized Jesus’s name. I believe this monogram would have been behind his head during his speech. The White House argued there were several other monograms visible and they wanted a more Presidential back drop for his speech. Most unfortunate Georgetown complied. I believe Georgetown University should have suggested another place for his speech because they are a Catholic school and Chirst comes first.
I have pondered these revelations and have concluded President Obama is not a true Christian. A true Christian would never have used the wording President Obama did with the Turkish people. Most Christians in America subscribe to the idea that this country was founded on Judeo-Christian beliefs. Being a Catholic, I find his request of Georgetown offensive and lacking judgement. His concern for himself is what is portrayed in both these instances. I can only conclude he has little regard for Christianity and the things we hold sacred. This man could not share the stage with Jesus at a Catholic school what is that suppose to tell us? As we saw him throw his grandmother under the bus during his campaign, we now see him doing the same to Christ. The question I am left with is why did he profess he was a Christian? His words and actions show us something quite different. What are we to make of this?

The gathering of the tea party across the nation yesterday was news. You might not know that due to the lack of coverage by several news media outlets. If it was mentioned, it was belittled with grotesque verbage. Channels like CNN sent an inept reporter to one such gathering. Clearly this reporter was out of her element and had no idea how to investigate or interview. The upper echelon needs to offer journalism 101 boot camp to its employees.
A jouranlist is suppose to go to a function and interview the ralliers and report the goings on. The definition of news is reporting an event not reporting your feelings or degradation of it. The journalist is not the byline. We must start to question our news media and their inability to report news. We must understand history and the rise of dictators in other countries. In countries like Iran and Cuba the media is owned by the government and only reports what is sanctioned. This can not happen in our great country. We must stop being manipulated by the media and government and refuse to be diverted from news and facts. This is not a right or left issue. We have enough commentators on all news channels but where is the news?
The highest rated news channel is Fox. This is because they offer both news and commentary. As usual, the left has tried to propagate this channel as right wing with loony tendencies. If that is the case, then a high percentage of democrats, Independents and Republicans must be loons because that is their demographic. I have watched this channel for several years and can honestly attest it offers both sides of every issue. This is true often times to my dismay. I am not always interested in hearing the other side because often it makes me cringe. We must be diligent in seeking facts and truth because our news media, for the most part, has lost all integrity.
